You will be the front of the company and will seek new business opportunities by contacting and forging strong relationships with our potential clients. Your goal is to boost sales and contribute to Codete’s long-term business growth.

Location: Kraków

Team: Business Development Manager + 3 Sales Specialists


  • Key accounting responsibilities
  • Direct communication with the prospects and clients (verbal and written)
  • Guiding end-to-end customer journey
  • Full accountability and taking ownership over the lead
  • Close cooperation with the Pre-Sales, Recruitment and Operations department
  • Negotiations and deal closing
  • Participation in tender processes, creating offers for the prospects and leads (organically acquired, or through the RFP process)
  • Participating in the strategy planning process for the Sales Department


  • Previous working experience as a business development/sales executive
  • Previous working experience in a Software House or IT Outscourcing
  • Proven sales track record
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies
  • Fluent command (C1) of Polish and English - both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Full professional independence and a proactive approach to tasks

  • Good command of German
